Can I create my own Poll Model? I'd like to ask about a certain data item but don't see the option.

Our approach to Poll Models balances flexibility with usability.
We want to support a wide range of use cases without turning setup into a checkbox safari.

When you choose, say, Canada as your starting point in the Poll Model flow, you’re using what we call a Model Starter.
These are preconfigured templates designed to capture relevant variables efficiently.

We don’t yet allow Poll Models to be built completely from scratch across all 60+ variables — though technically, we could.
If you have a specific need, Reach out to us by email, customer-help@salaryconfidential.com and tell us what variable you’d like added.

We’ll either extend existing Model Starters or create a new Model Starter if your use case proves repeatable.

We’ll continue to grow our library of Model Starters, especially for recurring [role × industry] combinations, but thoughtfully — keeping the UX manageable and the signal-to-noise ratio high.

TL;DR: We’re eager to learn from your use cases. Feedback helps shape our next generation of model starters, and it's actually pretty trivial for us to extend our models so we can respond quickly

Any currency can be used with any Poll Model

You can set any currency for any poll model.
This supports mixed-currency regions (like the EU) and lets Requesters choose prevalent currencies even where they differ from official ones — for example, in Argentina, Lebanon, or Vietnam.
