Do Respondents need to verify their identity or employment?

No.
Respondents are invited directly by Requesters, who already know or can assess whether those peers are relevant to their research.

We deliberately avoid creating account-based verification for Respondents because it would undermine anonymity.
Instead, Requesters vouch for the quality of their peer group by deciding who receives a Survey link.
