I forgot my Respondent key! How can I get access to the report now?

There are two ways to regain access to a survey peer group report if you’ve lost your Respondent key.

1. Reach out to support and describe your submission

2. Reach out to your Requester

You can also contact your Requester through the same channel they used to invite you.
Requesters are free to share their report keys with whomever they choose — those keys only unlock the specific report, not their account or other data.

It’s entirely at their discretion whether to share access.

TL;DR: Keep your private key safe. It’s the simplest, fastest way to ensure continued access to your report.
