How do I get help if something isn’t working?

First stop: your dashboard

Most issues — missing responses, link errors, or payment holds — can be resolved directly from your dashboard.
If something looks off, start there. We include diagnostic messages whenever a poll or peer group survey needs your attention.

Then: contact support

If you’re stuck, reach out to us by email at customer-help@salaryconfidential.com
We aim to reply within one business day (often sooner).

When writing in, please include:

  • The Poll or Survey link you’re referencing.
  • Your registered email (not the professional email we validated for your profile. This is public)
  • A short description of what you expected to happen vs. what occurred.
  • Any error messages or screenshots if applicable.

We don’t ask for credentials in support exchanges — ever. We will also not make any of your respondent data available to you by email, to avoid any unauthorized access. If you’re trying to get access to your respondent data and your data is partially or fully available, we will help you get back in your account, but you can’t obtain direct links to your report from support.
