You can pause a Survey at any time. Visitors will see a “Survey paused” message on the public page, and no further responses will be accepted until you un-pause the survey

How to cancel

A Survey can be cancelled only within 24 hours of launch or before the first response is received — whichever comes first. Cancellation displays a notice on the Survey page

We don’t allow cancellations after a response has been submitted. Respondents share data in good faith, with the expectation of a completed report. Allowing a Survey to be withdrawn mid-collection would undermine that trust — and our reputation for fairness.
