My Survey link isn’t working. What should I do?

Survey form links may stop working for one of these reasons:

  1. The peer group survey has ended (all slots filled). The survey page will prompt you to offer your private response key to view the results -- and if you were a respondent, you got these when you sent your data. If you’re a Requester, your link to results from your logged-in dashboard bakes in your respondent private key.
  2. The peer group survey was paused by the Requester. The survey page will show you a message to this effect ("Paused" really means cancelled most of the time; but since the requester paid for the survey, we allow them to reopen their survey later if they change their mind. They have 13 months to do this)
  3. The Requester’s account was deleted following a data removal request: you’ll see a legal notice.
  4. The link was mistyped or truncated during sharing.

If none of these apply, contact support and include the link that’s failing. We can confirm its current state — but not its participants, since we never see or share that data.

If you’re a respondent, because we don’t have visibility into whether or who may have invited you, we can’t provide more information about a broken survey link beyond whether it’s a bug, or just that the link you have is invalid. We suggest you reach out to your requester first: They have more ways to work with us, because we can authenticate them
