What happens if a Survey peer group doesn’t reach enough responses?

Minimum requirement

A Survey peer group needs at least three responses to start partial results release to the requester. If that threshold isn’t met, results remain locked. The survey needs to fully close for the final report to get published - and respondents only get access to the final report.

We encourage Requesters whose Surveys seem to stagnate to consider additional peers to invite to their survey peer groups -- you can share your link, and you can generate as many invitation tokens as you need (the cost of a survey is a function of the number of results slots you want, not the number of people you invite)

Your data

If the Survey never completes, your data is deleted once the retention period ends. The retention period is 13 months past the last submission activity in a given survey. Your individual submission remains securely stored until then, then gets deleted

Requesters receive a notification when their Survey expires without reaching the threshold

We cannot notify Respondents about incomplete Surveys (since no contact data exists), but your private access key will simply resolve to a page indicating that the Survey has been cancelled.
