What if my payment didn’t go through?

All payments are processed through our payment processor, Stripe.

If your payment fails, first verify your card details or try a different method.

If Stripe gave you a success payment message but you find your survey claims to be lacking payment, let us know. Reach out to us by email, customer-help@salaryconfidential.com Stripe sends email confirmation upon payment, so if you didn’t get this by email, it points to a payment issue with Stripe

Your survey may be pending payment in your dashboard

Our Survey creation flow ends with a payment page. If, for whatever reason, payment doesn't occur, you will be able to re-initiate the payment from your Dashboard. Click "View details" of your Poll/Survey and you'll find a button to go back to Stripe so you're able to enable this pending Survey by initiating payment again
