What personal information do you collect?
For Respondents
We collect only what is necessary to make the data report work, and to defend the platform against fraud:
- Your answers to the Survey questions.
- A timestamp and IP address for verification.
We set cookies for analytics (if you allow us; see our Cookie Policy). Other trackers are not personally identifiable and are first-party cookies tied to our use of Cloudflare security tools. They are not information “about” you, strictly speaking.
For Requesters
Requesters provide more information because they represent the public-facing side of the exchange. We collect:
- A professional email address.
- LinkedIn verification key.
- Payment method (handled by our processor).
- Activity logs (Poll creation, Survey launch, etc.).
This data allows us to verify authenticity and handle billing securely.
Our data sharing with third parties is very minimal
We never sell, rent, or trade user data.
The only external entities that process limited information are our infrastructure partners (for example, Supabase, our database provider; Cloudflare for hosting; and Stripe for payments), who act as data processors under contractual privacy guarantees.
We don’t use your data to train AI models or build marketing audiences.
